Official Terms & Conditions: KO Performance Series 2026

1. The Promoter

The Promoter is KO Welding Pty Ltd (trading as KO Welding Tables and KO Welding Supplies).

2. Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:00 AM AEST on April 1, 2026, and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on September 30, 2026.

3. Eligibility & State Restrictions

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Jurisdiction Exclusions: Due to state permit regulations regarding prize pool thresholds, residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) are legally ineligible to enter this promotion.

• Employees of KO Welding Pty Ltd, Tickford Racing, and their immediate families are ineligible.

4. How to Enter

Eligible entrants can earn entries into the draw via the following methods during the Promotional Period:

• Spend & Earn (Unlimited): Receive one (1) entry for every $100 (AUD) spent on KO Welding Tables or KO Welding Supplies during the Promotional Period.

  • Website Purchases: Entries are calculated and awarded when the order payment clears and the status reaches "Processing" or "Completed".

  • Invoiced Purchases: For orders invoiced directly (e.g., via Xero), entries are calculated based on the total amount paid toward the invoice during the Promotional Period.

  • Note: Cancelled or fully refunded orders will have their associated entries voided and removed from the draw.

• Showcase Your Table (Limit 1 per month): Receive five (5) bonus entries by posting a photo/video of your KO Welding Table setup on a public Instagram or Facebook profile and tagging @koweldingtables.

• Showcase Your Skills (Limit 1 per month): Receive two (2) bonus entries by posting a photo/video of your work using KO Welding Supplies on a public Instagram or Facebook profile and tagging @koweldingsupplies.

5. The Draw Mechanism

• Monthly Finalists: At the end of each month (April through September), a digital draw will randomly select a monthly finalist from all eligible entries received up to that date. (Entries roll over and remain valid for all subsequent monthly finalist draws). Each monthly finalist will instantly receive a $100 KO Voucher and Merch pack.

• Grand Prize Draw: On October 5, 2026, the major winner and runner-up will be drawn randomly from the pool of the six (6) monthly finalists. (Note: An individual can only be selected as a monthly finalist once. If a previous finalist is drawn again, a redraw will occur).

• Winners will be notified via phone and email within 48 hours of the draw and published on KO Welding's official social media channels.

6. Prize Details & Valuation

Total Prize Pool Value: Up to $4,950 AUD. (Note: Valuation is kept strictly under $5,000 AUD to comply with SA, NT, and NSW trade promotion regulations without requiring a permit).

Major Prize: The "Ultimate Factory Experience" for one (1) winner and one (1) guest (+1), including:

• 2x General Admission passes to the Sandown 500 (Nov 6–8, 2026).

• Exclusive Pit Tour and Driver Meet-and-Greet at Sandown.

• 2x Hot Laps in a Tickford Supercar at Sandown (Nov 9, 2026).

• 30-minute VIP Race Centre and Fabrication Tour at Tickford HQ (Nov 10, 2026).

• Official Tickford polos and caps.

• $500 KO Welding Voucher (valid at KO Welding Tables or Supplies).

Runner-Up Prize:

• $200 KO Welding Supplies Voucher.

• Signed 20th Anniversary Tickford Collectors Edition book (signed by Rod Nash, Tim Edwards, Cam Waters, Thomas Randle, James Courtney, and Declan Fraser).

Note: The HQ Tour and Pit Access are exclusive, invite-only experiences not available for public purchase, and are provided as added value without inflating the commercial prize pool threshold.

7. Tickford Hot Lap Passenger Restrictions (Crucial Safety Limits)

Motorsport is dangerous. For safety reasons dictated by Tickford Racing, the Hot Lap component of the prize is subject to strict physical, age, and legal constraints:

• Physical Limits: Passengers must be approximately 6ft (182cm) or under, and 100kg or under to safely fit in the race seat and harness.

• Age: The Hot Lap passenger must be 18+. However, a guest aged 16 or 17 may participate only if their legal guardian is present at the track to sign the indemnity waivers.

• Exclusion Clause: If the winner does not meet the height/weight requirements, they may nominate their +1 to take the Hot Lap in their place. If neither the winner nor the +1 meets the requirements, the Hot Lap portion of the prize is forfeited. No cash alternative or compensation will be provided, but the winner retains the remainder of the VIP experience (passes, tours, merchandise).

• Zero Tolerance: A strict 0.00% blood alcohol limit applies to all Hot Lap participants. Tickford Racing reserves the right to refuse entry to the vehicle if safety criteria are not met.

• Mandatory Liability Waiver: The winner and their designated guest (+1) will be required to sign a comprehensive legal indemnity and liability waiver provided by Tickford Racing prior to participating. Refusal to sign this document will result in immediate forfeiture of the Hot Lap, with no compensation provided.

8. Travel & Logistics Liability

• Travel Not Included: Flights, accommodation, and ground transport are strictly not included. The winner and their +1 are solely responsible for all travel costs and logistics to and from Melbourne, the Sandown Raceway, and Tickford HQ.

• Non-Transferable: The prize elements are non-transferable, cannot be split amongst multiple people (other than the designated +1), and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Forfeiture: If the winner cannot attend the specified dates (Nov 6–10, 2026), they forfeit the unattended portions of the prize.
