These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) of KO | WT (KO Welding Tables) expressly declare and outline the rules and regulations for use of the KO | WT Stock Website (the “Website”), accessible at https://stock.kowelding.com.au. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these Terms, and you declare that you expressly accept them without coercion. If you don’t agree, do not proceed.

Delivery Terms

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is confirmed when the courier or freight provider marks the product as delivered.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are based on the item’s shipping class (light vs heavy). Freight quotes may be provided after checkout if live calculation isn’t possible.

Delivery Details

If prices are inclusive of delivery, we deliver to the address accepted by us. For pickup or drop‑off options, we will confirm timing and location after order.

Delivery Issues

Courier / freight delays and external events are beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for costs or losses due to delayed delivery.

Delivery Delays

If you don’t receive your product by the expected date, you remain obligated to return goods per return policy unless the failure is due to us.

Accepting delivery

If you are not present at delivery, the courier may leave it at a pickup point; pickup may be delayed.

Choose delivery address carefully if you might be unavailable.

This site ships within Australia only.

Refunds

Because this is a stock site (not custom production):

• Change of Mind
  We may offer a refund (less restocking fee) if the product is unused and returned within our return period. (See your Returns/Refund policy.)
• Other Refunds
  We will provide full refunds in these cases:
  • We cancelled your order
  • Your product was not delivered due to our fault
  • The product shipped was materially different or faulty

LIABILITY

(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage is limited (exclusion or cap).

(b) All implied warranties or guarantees, to the extent allowed by law, are excluded except those the law does not permit us to exclude.

(c) This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
