Stop scratching aluminium/delicates when you clamp it. The KO AluGuard Pad replaces the standard steel contact foot with a matching aluminium face, giving you solid grip without digging in or leaving clamp marks. Swaps straight onto the end of our K28 T-Bar & Hexi clamps (purchased 2023 onwards).

The KO AluGuard Pad is a direct-fit aluminium contact foot for KO T-Bar clamps. By matching clamp material to the workpiece, it reduces marking and surface transfer when clamping aluminium and other soft alloys. The centred cross V-relief also helps locate round or curved edges for more stable positioning during setup.
